I had very severe shoulder and arm pain for eight months. I had other treatment, but nothing was helping. With osteopathic treatment, ultrasound, and home stretching I had steady improvement. I feel osteopathy has helped me, even though at the beginning, when you are in a lot of pain, it’s hard not to be put off.
